3. Returns. Returns must be received within 7 days from shipment. All returns must be in their original condition and not worn or used. www.gemsheaven.net reserves the right to reject returned item(s) if the above conditions are not met. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all return items. Shipping fees are non refundable.  
     
4. Disclosure of Treatment. The majority of gemstones traded internationally have undergone some form of treatment. While you should always assume treatment when purchasing gemstones, for more information on the particular treatments used in the gemstones sold at www.gemsheaven.net please access our Gemstone Treatment page or email support@gemsheaven.net.
